Yo Zuzu ^_^ lol. Sorry I just had to do it and welcome to other hearts. I don't mean to be rude but in your character profile you say female under gender but then use male pronouns which is it?

Greetings, strangers from distant lands!
I have been lurking the site for quite a while now, but couldn't really get things done because of duties elsewhere. But now the question remains, should I bother apping a character?
The atmosphere seems to have plummeted since my last observations, and now I see the site might be locked down?
Thus, I ask thee once more: Should I bother? I'd really love to but wouldn't want my efforts to go to waste.

Well... this is a sight. I didn't know we had watchers in the wings. Of course you're welcome to jump in, even in these times everyone is welcome. Maybe fresh blood is the elixir this injured forum needs. By all means, do make a character and please find a good spot to enter. I haven't made a decision yet on Other Hearts' fate, so maybe one of us here has the means to persuade us to continue! Welcome to the forums proper, and we look forward to your grand debut.
