In the Market...

[Sai]

Sai nodded, turning back to the controls and making sure everything was set to go when they were ready. "I am merely preparing for when we're ready to depart..." he said calmly, saving the settings before resting his hands on the dashboard of the computer. He bowed his head a moment, then spoke quietly.

"Ximar, was it?" he asked, speaking though he was faced to the computer. "There is something troubling you... I trust you understand that you can speak with me. As for whether I have earned your trust, I'm sure I haven't yet. I won't attempt to do so, either. Frankly speaking, unlike other Nobodies that pretend to have feelings one way or the other, I refuse to insult my heart's memory with such silliness..." he slowly turned here, facing Ximar once more.

"However, I have already weighed the pro's and con's of our association. It is far best for both of us that we stick together, rather than explore our personal goals on our own. So, in that interest, I must ask... Is there anything you wish to talk to me about? I may not be the most heartfelt person to share information with, but I have experience where you do not. I have knowledge of events that have transpired culminating in the situation we are in now, and I have the intelligence to piece together a workable hypothesis... It is only logical that you take advantage of these traits while we are associated."

If Sai could sound any colder when he spoke, he'd be a snowman. He sat patiently, waiting for any word from Ximar or any who wished to climb aboard. He had a feeling Lilith would prefer her own vehicle, but this one WAS capable of holding hers in a holding bay if she changed her mind. As for Lexia... Sai didn't know. He just wanted to make sure everyone was clear on their destination before setting out.

[Lilith]

Lilith roared in on her transport and pulled in next to Sai's ship.
"well look at that..."

[Leckseeuh]

Lexia covered her ears once they hit the ground, closing her eyes too. She opened one eye and looked at the ship next to them.

"It's Sai's ship right? Is he on it or what?"

[Lilith]

"probably... go see him, you can tell him we're here"

[Leckseeuh]

Lexia jumped off, looking at her. "If you're coming, come on."

She walked in the ship hesitantly, looking at everything. Every panel, the ceiling, flooring, everything and anything. She also saw Sai.

She ran towards the front of the ship to Sai. "Hi there. There's no escaping me and Lilith, y'know!" She smiled wide, and it make any person who liked any kind of cute thing want to hug her and pinch her cheeks.

[ximar]

Ximar remained silent, not sure what to say. It took a moment for Sai's words to sink in completely. He sighed and took a deep breath. "I am not a normal Nobody. I'm probably the most abnormal Nobody ever created. When my heart was taken from me, it was....incompleted. I interrupted the process and caused something to happen. It left me incomplete, a deformity, a freak. It left me with half of my heart..."

[Sai]

Sai nodded, his eyes closed in thought as he took in what Ximar had to say. Considering this, he crossed his arms and sat back, looking to him now. "It must be very difficult... your situation. I understand trusting me just now must have been something of an excercise as the Organization was... regretably NOT the most forthcoming in terms of their treatment of their peers..." he bowed his head once more, thinking.

"Having half a heart does indeed make you unique... but it could also make you very dangerous. You are impulsive, brazen, and quick to temper. These are all qualities that could get you killed." he looked up. "And I don't say 'killed' lightly. We Nobodies under normal circumstances merely fade back to nothing, where we were meant to be... You, on the other hand... may suffer a fate even I cannot predict. On the bright side, you do now have associates who will look out for you..." Sai looked to the side now, hearing the rumbling of Lilith's spacebike.

"As for whether or not you share this information with the others, I leave that to you. I do not care either way. If it were me though, I've always believed honesty is the best policy..." With that, he fell silent and watched as Lexia entered. She approached him and spoke, to which Sai showed no emotion as usual. Apparently, he was incapable of "liking any cute thing whatsoever" because he didn't have any such urge to pinch her cheeks.

"This is evident..." Sai said plainly, turning from her to face the instrument panel. "Will Lilith be joining us?" he asked calmly.

[ximar]

Ximar nodded. "Thank you for understanding. The Organization tried to end me for what I am, so I've been kinda edgy since then. I realize what this makes me, but I can still fight and I'm more loyal than any Nobody could ever be. I find you to be a trustworthy person. And I may eventually tell the others, but not now. Let's just get to our destination and go on from there." When Lexia walked in, it took all of his willpower not to fawn over he. He thought to himself, "Damn her cuteness."

[Gabranth]

Gabranth stood looking at Hercules. "I used to barter my dirty work to a few low life scum, in Archadia. Maybe we could barter for a ship. After all, I have no munny to speak of." Gabranth stood by looking down at Chip standing by the controls of the computer. "What say you rodent? What of a barter for one of your ships? Surely something can be done."

Gabranth would tilt his head to the right slightly as to whisper something in the ear of Hercules. "You said you were the son of Zeus did you not, why not ask him for assistance?"

[Leckseeuh]

Lexia nodded and smiled some more. "Maybe, she's still outside. I told her she should come. She might be here i na minute or something."

And of course Sai would have no response to her, since he acted the way he was truly, a Nobody. But she didn't really care. She kept smiling like nothing happened.

[Hercules]

"It's not that simple..." Hercules whispered back to Gabranth, shaking his head. "Zeus has to follow his own rules too, and one of the big ones is that a god can't directly interfere with mortal affairs. Basically, he can't just randomly make golden drachma fall from the sky..."

He looked up, thinking a bit. Looking to Chip, he crossed his arms. "There's gotta be something we can do to get the Munny you're asking. Can you tell us?" he asked. He was much more on a normal-person basis with the chipmunk that Gabranth appeared to be, mainly because he'd met things from ALL walks of life, including winged horses and talking shrubs. No lie. "Maybe someone that can help?"

[Secondary Characters]

Chip looked a little grumpy at Gabranth. He wasn't WILD about the guy's tone, and he wasn't exactly a fan of the way he worded his offer to earn the ship. Frankly speaking, Gabby just rubbed Chip the wrong way. Add to that the fact that Dale was bouncing around bragging that he made a sale where Chip DIDN'T, and you can imagine that the chipmunk was fairly annoyed. He crossed his little arms and closed his eyes with a frown.

"Sorry, these prices are stone-cold solid!" Chip said, nodding matter-of-factly. But when Hercules spoke up, in a much more POLITE tone, Chip suddenly seemed more willing to listen. That last line, actually, had gotten him thinking. He put a hand on his chin and considered the two... Yes, he wasn't wild about Gabranth, but Herc seemed a stand-up guy, so...

"Welll..." he said, then nodded. "There's nothing I can do about it, but I know someone that can help you two out!" He lifted a finger, smiling a bit as he did. "If you're looking to finance a ship, you could ask for a loan from Mr. McDuck! He's the guy to talk to if you're low on your Munny!" He jumped down and ran over to an instrument panel, pressing a button to open up a SUPER secret door. Under normal circumstances, the way this place worked was that you could ONLY return to the world you were JUST in when you left, but THIS exit lead someplace else.

"You can't miss his place! Big rectangle building with a Munny sign on it!" He waved a hand, the door opening on Duckberg, which sat comfortably just outside Disney Castle. "He should be able to help..."

[Lilith]

Lilith lent back on her spacecycle and thought about what she had been doing over the past few days.
"I don't know what I'm doing any more"
she leapt to her feet and wandered up to the larger ships entrance.
she tapped on the door and remained in the shadows.

[Sai]

That was the answer Sai had been waiting on. "The door is open, Lilith..." he called, now occupying himself with diagnostics on ship systems. Everything was in tip-top shape, the bonuses of a brand new vessel. "You may stow your spacebike in the cargo hold... if you do not wish to leave it behind..." he finished.

He waited a little while longer, then began the launch sequence. She should be boarded by now, of course, so getting things going was the best thing to do at the moment. The ship was lifted up to the launching bay, and Sai punched in their coordinates. "Ready to launch..."

With that, the ship lurched forward, and they were off!

[Hercules]

Hercules glaned to Gabranth, getting his opinion on the matter. "Can't hurt, can it?" he asked, gesturing to the newly opened exit. "I mean, we're stuck here if we don't, at least this way we're on the move, right?" he asked, then looked to the mysterious entrance to Duckberg.

"Besides... with a name like McDuck, how bad can it be?"
