Welp, that entirely depends on how you want to play your character, doesn't it? I see there's been some revision, so I don't know what you wanna do with him this time, so really it's anyone's guess. If you're looking to run into someone specific, you can always check our player histories which I'm SURE are up to date ^__^

Uhm... you are aware that Sai isn't that old, right? He was barely out of his twenties when he found Radiant Garden, and that was only 11 years ago, in this storyline. Further, I'm not sure exactly when/where you intended to have met Sai in the past. Keep in mind the story has been rebooted since you were here before, so those events are long gone. If you need to catch up to what's going on, use my player history as a guide to see Sai's travels, and check my profile for his history (though it's largely unchanged). You'll need to change the "fourty years" thing if you intend to actually be referring to THIS Sai (if you knew another, that's something else entirely).
