[General Beatrix]

'Allundra', thought Beatrix, listening intently to Nexus' words. while he spoke memories somehow poured into her peripheral vision and she watched the events unfold.

'It had been a rather cool afternoon that day', she remarked quietly. 'The land was fertile as any region of the Mist Continent back in my world; I fondly recall the flight of dragons as they passed below the Red Rose upon landing. They absolutely refused to break their ranks, as the flight seemed to be fleeing from some dangerous, opposing force.

'I had assumed it was the fabled dragon hunters, but was somehow disturbed to find that Maleficent had sent her own flock of Heartless in to herald my arrival...that was the day four individual worlds fell at my hands to the Army of Darkness. And it is because of my blood-soaked hands that this knight now stands before me.'

Beatrix folded her arms as they winded up to a platform in one of the tower's staircases; a bench for those scaling these steps sat between two large vases filled with enormous rose bushes and behind was mounted a massive wall mirror.

Opposing this bench and its visual luxuries stood a grand arched window which stretched from the platform's base and extended to about three feet taller than the general. She moved over and looked out, gazing long and hard at the skyline and the layout of Adam's land.

Far below Beatrix saw Boco and both Holy Knight and White Mage; she scowled, cursing her inner thoughts for wishing ill on the two. If truly she were deceived, they would soon regret it.

Suddenly she turned back to Nexus, just now remembering that he had been finished with his speech for quite some time now. Scratching at the back of her head she moved over to and sat on hand, resting her hands together on her lap.

"You will have to forgive me, Sir, as I have much on my mind."

[Secondary Characters]

Vivi stared up wide-eyed at the Nobody; she did not seem to really mind that he was inflicting emotional damage on himself by standing here. Instead she carried a collected stare that showed there was simply nothing there. The golem black mage and the Nobody race...they truly were similar, yet Vivi possessed a heart and soul.

"So lets's go down to the castle, then. I'm starving, and I'm sure you could eat, too." he grabbed her by a loose part of her clothing and tugged as he whirled around her to exit the broken facility.

"Since we're landed we can exit from the cargo hold instead of riding a telepor. Let's go!" He giggled somewhat and, as he ran he found that he grew to miss both his friends from Alexandria and those in Twilight Town.

When they reached the cargo bay's large siege gates Vivi passed through waving on Lexia as he said his greetings to the two soldiers guarding the doors.

Nexus blinked, This knight was wearing her emotions on her sleeve and that kinda caught him off guard. The knights he had met in the past have been all up tight and kept to themselves. This knight was showing her feelings, and all tho Nexus hadn't had that much experience with women, he had knowledge with just hanging out.

Nexus stopped and pulled a rose from the vase, as he followed her footsteps. He stopped at the window and looked around. It was beautiful scenery, and then he looked down to see the other two women from the dinning table and wondered why Beatrix made the weird face when she looked out the window. Nexus turned around while rolling the rose in in fingers.

"You know" Nexus said as he leaned back against the window staring at the rose in his hand. "I know we just met, but if you want, i can lend you an ear if you would like it." He said as he looked up at her. The way he was standing, the sun coming in from behind him, he looked as if he was no warrior, or the last of his world, but just a normal caring guy. just lending a piece of his open heart.

Lexia giggled and followed, nearly tripping from turning around. Well, you've been back here for a while, I'd expect it so.

She ran down the little hallway and greeted the soldiers guarding the doors as well. She tryed her hardest not to speak small talk since Vivi was waiting on her, so she just said a little hello, nice day isn't it? to them and continued walking.

[Lilith]

Lilith jolted upright with a sharp intake of breath, she clutched her head brushing her fringe to one side.
"that same dream, I'm never gunna live that down..."
Lilith smiled as she chuckled to herself
"heh heh... live..."
she always fund it funny when she refereed to herself as living.

she ran her hand down the side of the crate she was sleeping on and he shifted her weight so that she slid off, she sniffed the air.
"seems we've landed"
she checked her pistols were safely in their holsters as she walked to the door to the hold, she pushed the door open only to struck by a blinding light.

she slammed the door and listened to her skin sizzle... then the pain hit her, she screamed and writhed in agony.
slowly she regained her self control, she moved back into the darkness.
"that hurt..."

[glow=purple,2,800]The air around Lilith soon became untraceable, she would find herself unable to breathe in a scent, as it wouldn't reach her nostrils. A tall figure stood behind her, only several feet away, watching the girl cringe in her pain brought on by the light.

"An oxymoronic sight..." spoke the woman in a sultry manner, crossing her arms. Her eyes glowing an eerie gold, her features likely to be seen by the vampire. The tattoos on her face and chest, stretching down to her exposed tummy region, and the many feathers that made the collar. Her clothed fingertips would tap lightly against her elbows as she gave a strange smile. "A dark creature.. fighting for the Light."


Ultimecia, had entered un announced yet again![/glow]

[Lilith]

as soon as the new scent had reached her nostrils she was holding a pistol to the newcomers forehead, she was shaking a little and pain was shooting down her side, but pain is temporary.
"its rude to drop in unannounced..."
she grinned, her scent was new to her it intrigued her.
"I cant wait to get a taste of you"

[ultimecia]

[glow=purple,2,800]Those golden orbs of the witch did not close, or twitch at the sight of the pistols. She literally seemed uninterested. She walked a few paces to the right, and turned her head in thought, "Its rude..." the woman chuckled, "... to point toys at your elders."

The woman stopped in place and watched the girl, un-alarmed, " Your true calling is the darkness... I wanted to ask you... why do you protect the light... even when it harms you so? Are you truly blind? Or do you see something that no one else can see?"[/glow]

[Lilith]

she chuckled to herself, her eyes were glowing. "I see everything, every detail, every minute change"
she lowered her weapon and began to pace up and down.
"i am the most powerful creature of darkness, and id like to keep it that way"
twisted looked over her shoulder at the sorceress a look of regret on her face.
"it doesn't help that they destroyed my village"

[ultimecia]

[glow=purple,2,800]"Overconfidence is an illness..." Ultimecia stated, looking to the girl sharply, somewhat offended that this girl believed she could read out a time witch, but still, she did not act out. The ting of her headgear reminded her to calm down, and she did so by closing her eyes. Opening them a moment afterward,

"So, the darkness which you came from has betrayed you, and you seek revenge." she tried to understand, "Even when it means joining the light, to stop it... that, which isn't truly with you?" [/glow]

[Lilith]

Lilith paused to look back at her actions throughout her life, she scratched the bridge of her nose and sat down on a nearby crate.
"you may have a point"
she looked down at her burnt hands and turned to the witch.
"i may be a creature of the night but i will never be a creature of the darkness."
Lilith leapt from her seat and held retribution towards the sorceress.
"id like to see you dead now.

her finger compressed the trigger, the hammer slammed down, the pin struck the primer and... boom the propellent ignited launching the bullet at its target, the head of the vampires annoyance.
"see you in hell..."

[ultimecia]

[glow=purple,2,800]Ultimecia seemed to stand there, even when the projectile was heading towards her. She closed her eyes, and opened them in time, to watch the bullet go through her, though not in an anatomical fashion. The bullet went through her, as if she was a phantasm.

As the bullet went through her, she formed into something else, a strange cape. Ultimecia stood before her no more.

Slowly, but surely, the cape would float until reaching the ground. Strange symbols etched upon it, as if holding some type of spell within the threads. Was it a gift? [/glow]

[Lilith]

lilith wasn't really surprised, people always seemed to have a way of dodging her bullets, but the cape was... well... new.
she picked it up and ran her fingers along it, it was exquisitely made.
"it's beautiful to say the least..."
Lilith thought about it for a second.
... but I have no idea what it might do, maybe I should have someone with some expertise have a look at it
she stood up still grasping the garment in-between her fingers.
" i wonder what it does?"

[ultimecia]

[glow=purple,2,800] The piece of cloth began to move by itself, latching and sticking to the girl's skin, and the more she struggled, the more it seemed to tighten, spreading across her form. No powerful strength would be able to free Lilith from the cloth's grasp, and soon, the cape would, in a way, mummify her. The symbols upon the cape would come to life, and imprint the girl's form with it, a symbol on her shoulders, on her knees, on her chest and tummy region, even the upper forehead.

When the cloth was done doing its duty, it became dead again, and easily rip. Lilith would find herself with new, encrypted-like tattoos for a moment, before they would blend in with her flesh and disappear.

...the fabric was now a regular cape.


-- Lilith has just been granted unknowingly-- DAY WALK--

Whenever she finds herself under the sun's rays, the symbols etched upon her body will appear, and absorb the burden of light which hits Lilith 's skin, allowing her to walk in broad daylight without harm. Granted, her eyes should still be sensitive, since she has lived in darkness for so long... but after a while, she could get used to it as well.

It is used as a spell, or come to her when she wishes to walk in day time, but since it is run on energy, she must spare some to use this skill. [/glow]

**Ultimecia warps to Jidoor Opera House, in Hyperspace **

[Lilith]

Lilith took a sharp intake of breath, as she was constricted her heart felt like it was going to burst through her chest, she struggled but after a while she realised it was fruitless.
she relaxed.
the cloth then fell off of her, she stared at the new tattoo like symbols as they blended in with her skin. she was in a state of shock.
she exhaled and sat up, the vampire moved a hand up to her mouth as she closed her eyes.
"calm down Lilith..."

she turned to look at the door, deep down she knew.
she launched herself at the door she threw it open, the light struck her, but instead of the usual... well burning there was a pleasant warmth against her skin, like nothing she had ever felt before, she smiled and began to overflow with joy.
the vampire threw herself off the ship and fell to the ground below, she laid down in the grass and stared at the blue sky for the first time, a tear of joy ran down her face, her eyes stung but she didn't care, she felt free to move for the first time.
