It was almost midnight, and the stunning villainess was still awake, reading a magazine and listening to a random rock song; It was her way to tune out the world, since she barely slept. Kim Possible has been on her last nerve, and the recent heist didn’t go so well because of ‘Little Miss Cheerleader’ having to save the day and all. Her green eyes peered over the latest green and black fashions, idly turning the page with a black gloved hand, while holding the spine of the magazine with the green gloved one.
“ Lame,” she would whisper, turning another page, “Lame, lame, tch- what’s so great about orange!?”
The woman would grumble to herself, throwing the ZINE aside to rest her hands behind her head in thought, while staring at the ceiling. Dr. Drakken had already gone to bed, leaving her alone at the lair with nothing to do for the night.
“ Real bad guys should be doing crap at night rather than the day… maybe I should start looking for a better job.”

As if in reply to her silent plea for a more exciting position, the world around her would begin to darken. Shadows would begin to creep out from under the lab equipment, and from the hard-to-reach corners of the lair where light never ventures. The inky blackness would spread all over, covering large portions of the floor and walls. Suddenly, twenty or so pairs of glowing dots would begin to bobble this way and that inside the shadowy masses, like swarms of giant insects each possessing glowing orbs.
Near the green-clad villainess, they would begin to form. They twitched this way and that in that spaztic energy they possessed, glowing yellow eyes gazing this way and that in an attempt to take in all their surroundings at once. There was ten of them, then twenty, then thirty all at once, all forming into a full body from a seemingly two-dimensional puddle of black on the ground. They converged on the woman, grasping, scratching, reaching, grasping... antennae wriggling around excitedly.
The Heartless were coming for Shego.

Shego, at first, thought what she saw at the corner of her eye, was an oil slick emerging from the machinery around her. The next thought was that someone sabotaged the equipment when it began to spread all around her. The next, when she saw ooze rising against gravity to form these weird, antennae, alien... FREAKS that were TOUCHING her....
"Big mistake!!" the thief growled, her hands forming tight fists before they began to glow a hot green. Punching and kicking at the creatures that came at her. She would even pick the chair she was on and toss it across her field of vision to knock some of those.. THINGS..down, "What the heck are these-- DRAKKEN!!" she would shout, in hopes for her idiot boss to come and HELP in her predicament.
Soon she was overwhelmed by numbers, and she began to grow tired. There was just no END to these things it seemed. She tried to retreat, jumping on some of their heads to reach higher ground.
“DRAKKEN!!” she would call, but to no avail. That man was as helpful as a beached whale!

Light... did not quite agree with these creatures. Regardless what color, it did do massive amounts of damage to the poor little creatures. The good news was that they would return in time, because the weapon was NOT a keyblade, but still their recooperation was an unnecessary thing...
The result of their anger at the woman who used the LIGHT against them was that they would MULTIPLY with every fallen shadow. She'd "kill" one and two more would come, soon filling the entire floor with teeming darkness. The swarm would crawl up after her as she attempted to retreat, each member reaching out with clawed hands in attempt to grab her and pull her down into the undulating mass that was the Shadow horde. They'd miss her ankle by micrometers only to be met with a blast of hot plasma, and be replaced by double their number.
It was a futile thing to keep running, but they hadn't caught her just yet... and Shego still had options left to her... Let's just see how creative she'd get before giving up...

"Don't like the heat, eh?!" The thief would guess, twirling in midair, and releasing waves of plasma from her hands, trying to make some space between the multiplying creatures and herself while she took a breath. Some of the smaller creatures would jump her head and upper body, only for her to pry them off with a plasma grasp.
She was growing tired, while they just continued to multiply! Her attention went elsewhere to some laser guns drakken kept around the lab, and she rushed for them; using her agility to good use, she would dodge the hellish creatures, and hop along the walls. She somersaulted over one of the creatures that stood in her way, and in mid air grabbed for the two guns she saw neatly placed upon the drawers.
She had a good distance between her and the creatures, and loaded up the guns, grinning like a mad woman, she threatened, "Look out! I'm FIRIN' MY--" she pulled the triggers on the small guns, and beams of scolding light shot out of them towards the creatures in a trigger happy frenzy, "LAZAHS!! HAHAHAHA!!"

They were hurt. That much was obvious by the scattering of the survivors who witnessed their bretherin get ripped to shreds by the power of a weaponized lightbeam. Were they frightened? The simple answer was no. They had no feelings, merely instinct and will. Those that were gone would return in time, once they had a chance to heal, and the one that damaged them would still fall.
Several had sunk back into their two-dimensional forms, zipping across the floor like high-speed oil slicks before reappearing in various other locations. Many of them were now up on the walls, grabbing Shego's attention as best they could while still others snuck around behind her, attempting to open a portal under her feet so she'd simply sink into their trap while yet others leapt onto her back and shoulders, trying to overwhelm her with sheer numbers, as was their way.
Shego, like so many before her, was getting to experience why the heartless were so dangerous in such large numbers. Picture falling into the heart of an anthill, then picture those ants can tear out your heart and turn you into one of their brood. Now picture doing it... and no one coming to rescue you.
Happy trails, Shego.

There was a victorious grin etched upon her black tainted lips as her targets one by one shrank and retreated. Still, that grin of hers would fade once more took place of the fallen. She had overheated the guns to a point that they would jam, and were of no use to her, so she threw the weapons at the enemy to slow them down.
The tired villain, running out of options set her hands afire with burning green plasma, and swung them around, but to no avail. She was being ambushed from all sides, being covered by those shadow-like creatures...and sinking onto the ground..!
"This can'--- get off!! " she would growl, "Drakk-- "
There came a point where no sound would escape her... the darkness so steep around her, that allowed nothing, not even light to enter...or escape... she only had the glow of her hands, but that as well, would soon fade.
"but I....haven't made my...mark yet...!" were her thoughts, pictures of the redhead letting her steep further into the darkness.
