Dark Water

[Sai]

A world of surf and sunshine, where shadows are far away and the cares of the world are as fleeting as the ocean tide. No one would have expected it when a black pool of darkness opened up, undulating and pulsating like a living door and a man in silver stepped through, wide rimmed hat casting his face into the shade and protecting his eyes from the light of day.

He looked about, taking in the beach he now stood on, feet sinking lightly in the sand, the water splashing around his ankles. He looked off to the setting sun just past twisted paopu fruit trees over a sleepy town on a larger island in the distance. Reaching up, he pulled his hat down further to protect his glowing orbs from the harsh directness of twilight.

He knew the keyblade masters weren't here, so this place was largely unprotected, but perhaps because the keyblade made its miraculous re-appearance here, there was yet some clue as to its origins in this place as well? That was the logic, in any case, for his visit. He looked behind him to the swirling shadows and spoke.

"Coming?"

In this beautiful world of sunshine and happiness, there stood Sai. And Lexia, unlike Sai, was happy and a smile beamed across her face. She walked out of the corridor and held her arm up to the sun, blocking her face from the bright rays of light. Once again, unlike Sai, her appearance made her blend in well, and was quite comfortable. She got lost looking at everything and forgot to move.

"Coming?" She perked her head towards Sai when she heard him speak. She walked over to her newly found partner-in-crime-or-good and sighed.

"I've heard a lot about this place. My sister told me about it, I never thought I'd see it with my own eyes." She chuckled and continued to look at the island, the paopu trees, the houses and trees and the sand and...everything else. "Where to?"

[Lilith]

In this ghastly world of sunshine and happiness, there walked an oddly dressed figure, shrouded from the sun by a thick dress and parasol. she swayed as she walked careful to stay under the protection of darkness.

"ugh horrible" Lilith exclaimed looking over the peaceful ocean
"those monsters better get here soon..."

Lilith stared at the cloud of darkness and began to grin

"...then the fun can begin"

Lilith laughed fairly loudly, enough for a nearby girl to hear.

[Leckseeuh]

Lexia perked up her head once she heard the laughing. She started walking in the direction of Lilith, looking for her. She looked back at Sai and smiled, putting a hand on her chest.

"I'll be back in a minute, promise." With that and she made an 'X' where her heart was meant to be. She continued walking, and after a minute she saw Lilith. Lexia decided to hide behind a bush or small tree or whatever it was, looking at her intently.

[Lilith]

Lilith abruptly stopped laughing as she heard Lexia rustle in the bushes and in an instant Lilith had her by the throat.

"I don't like being snuck up on"

suddenly there was a sound not unlike sizzling bacon.
Lilith pulled her arm back into the darkness and cringed in pain.

[Leckseeuh]

Lexia coughed and wriggled away, and looked at Lilith's arm. Once she let go she breathed better, coughing some more and looking at her.

"Are you okay? What's wrong?" Even though she was choking, the girl couldn't help but want to help her.

[Lilith]

"me and light don't go together, but fortunately..."

Lilith help up her arm and the burn slowly disappeared

"... I heal quick"

a moment of silence passed

"uh sorry about choking you, I don't interact with humans much... I'm Lilith"

[Leckseeuh]

Lexia giggled uncomfortaly and looked at her arm. She tilted her head at it and stared at it intently. "How does it heal so fast? Ever with elixirs things don't heal that fast."

She shook her head and scratched her ear. "Nice to meet you, Lilith. I'm Lexia. You can call me Lexia." She spoke with a happy tone that would make anyone want to smile.

For a second, she looked at Lilith. Black parasol, black dress, black and red everything. She tilted her head and thought and thought, but couldn't think of anything. She had black hair, like her sister, with the same red tips, and smiled at it. She knew this girl couldn't possibly be her sister. And with no hope to even try.

[Lilith]

Lilith smiled showing her fangs

"well its not hard to work out, cant go out in the day, wears mostly black, incredibly fast and cute too"

Lilith giggled and then immediately stopped herself

"you have a scarily infectious personality"

[Leckseeuh]

Lexia smiled at her and straightened her self up. "Oh, you got some nice teeth there."

And now she knew fully, this girl was definitely a vampire. Of coruse it was a good day, normally it would've taken her longer.

She put put hands behind her back and giggled a bit. "I hope that's a good thing. Heh."

[Lilith]

"I don't know... so, waiting for the heartless as well?"

[Leckseeuh]

Lexia tilted her head again. "No. Lookin' around with a friend of mine." She moved out of the bushes and looked at Sai and yelled at him. "Hey, c'mere! I want you to meet someone!" She waved, returning to Lilith. "What about the Heartless?"

[Lilith]

"its just... no, never mind I was just thinking"

Lilith looked around for a shadier area where she wouldn't feel so vulnerable

"if you don't mind, could we move to somewhere less... uh, bright?"

Lilith seemed rather happy which was odd for her as she was only really happy when fighting or feeding, she figured it could only be this girl in front of her who seemed to breath happiness.

[Leckseeuh]

Lexia looked around and saw a shady spot between some trees, apparetly leading to some cave. She looked at Sai and motioned for him to come again, walking towards it.

"Comin' or not?"

[Lilith]

Lilith quickly moved into the shade, sat and took down her parasol

"finally some darkness"

she smiled at Lexia as she stretched out her arms with a resounding crack
