- Powers of the Keyblade -
Beyond the obvious of simply bludgeoning a victim to death, a Keyblade Master has other options at their disposal. I have noticed in my research of the weapon that only a master can access all of the abilities, while a wielder can only handle maybe a handful at most. All wielders seem able to slice a victim despite the fact that not all Keyblades have any sort of cutting edge to speak of. Beyond this, the Keyblade also seems able to enhance a master’s abilities, whether they are defensive, offensive, or magical. Keyblades also have a unique ability to morph their appearance with the addition of a key chain or key armor. Sometimes, this morphing also changes the properties of the blade, giving the wielder different options as well. However, all of this pales in comparison to the most fascinating feature of the Keyblade. It can unlock anything. Nothing can be kept from a Keyblade master. They can unlock your heart, your secrets, your mind, your soul, pathways to other worlds, secret chambers, any door you wish you name! They can also re-lock any of those same things, making them simultaneously the most dangerous and most helpful beings in existence…
