Name: Culaki Ronso
Species: Ronso
Gender: Male
Age: Approximately 24 (in human years)
Height: 8'4"
Weight: Approximately 435 lbs
Fighting Style: Martial Arts, Brute force/Air and Water magic
Allegiance: Good
Appearance: Culaki Ronso is massive, even for his species. Standing at over eight feel tall, his fur is a shade of cerulean blue, covering his entire body. A single horn comes from the top of his forehead, branching out into smaller, spiked sections of rigid, tough bone. His eyes are an emerald green, and dance with the reflections of light. A large, catlike snout is prominent on the front of his face, a pink nose and whiskers completing the ensemble. A wickedly sharp canine glints pearly white from underneath each side of his mouth. A strong and sinewy neck frames broad shoulders and powerful arms. His torso and belly area are completely white, with flecks of dark spots resembling a wild cat. His midsection is covered up with a rugged leather loincloth, and his muscled legs end in powerful paws with razor-sharp talons.
Weapon: The Lion's Pride. A halberd on one end, deadly and sharp and curved, with a carving of a Lion's head on the other side, etched in stone with a metal filigree surrounding it.
History: Culaki Ronso was once a proud and fierce warrior of the Ronso tribe that lived near Mt. Gadgazet. One day, he was tasked with delivering a message to Binakel. As he was in the Al Bhed capital, he relaxed his guard, and allowed himself a day of rest. Out in the waters enjoying a friendly game with several of his tribe-mates who were there on unofficial business, the city was besieged by Sin. Helpless and out in the water, Culaki was dragged underneath, and pulled through into the world of Other Hearts. He has spent several years in the Pride Lands.
Phase 1: Aquaeous Assault
Culaki summons forth a large globe of water, entrapping his foe within it and raising them several feet off of the ground. He requires a few moments of concentration for the technique to be fully effective.
Phase 2: Cyclone Cutter
Culaki summons a large gust of wind, sharp blades of it slicing through the water globe, inflicting damage to his foe repeatedly for several seconds. After the wind dissipates, the water evaporates rapidly, shrouding the ground with mist that obscures Culaki from his foe's view.
Phase 3: Lion's Lament
Culaki races back and forth through the mist, striking his foes with the stone Lion head before catapulting them into the air with a vicious upward swinging motion.
Phase 4: The Finisher
Culaki's fur takes on a slightly golden hue, and he leaps nimbly into the air, bringing the stone end of the halberd down onto his foe and slamming them brutally into the ground.
Air magic - Culaki has a small understanding of magic and its ways, but can wield wind magic with some prowess.
Water magic - He is also capable of wielding the powers of water for a short time.
Booster - Culaki is, through great periods of meditation and focus, able to greatly increase his physical and magical abilities for a short time. Cannot be used more than once in a single encounter, twice if the battle is long enough.
Weapons training - Any sort of weapon resembling a staff or halberd Culaki can handle with the greatest of ease
Navigation - Having scouted and served as a hunter before, Culaki is able to follow scents and track locations quite aptly. He is also a survivalist.
Friendly Fire - If Culaki is in the middle of combat, a bloodlust may settle over him, and he may be, for a short time, unable to distinguish friend from foe. Watch out!
Magical Fatigue - Once Culaki's supply of MP is depleted, he may become slightly less combat-able for several minutes.
Machinery - Culaki has grown up in the wilds all his life. He is not technologically savvy at all.
Loyalty - Culaki is extremely loyal to his comrades, and will follow them to the end, even if it means putting his own life in danger as well.
Anger - Being of his race, Culaki is quick to anger, and will often, if threatened, charge into a situation instead of assessing it carefully. He will on occasion, however.
