**For Justice!: From Hyperspace, The Jidoor Opera House**
Slowly, a corridor of black and purple would begin to form, and what would step out was not a nobody, or a heartless, but a human girl. She would look about, her armor glistening in the dark settings, and she would hold out her hand and clicked the fingers against one another, giving signal to the others that she was a friendly.
In Antennae speak, she would be saying: " Hello, everyone. It is Ellin the black knight."
She stayed there, taking off her visor and not moving from place, even when Heartless began to swarm around her, young-lings stepping closer to rest their small paws against her shins. She knelt down, and offered her visor to one of the shadows, letting them play with it.
"My friends, I was hoping you could help me." she held out the invitation meant for The Fallen, " I'm looking for Mr. Atticus, if he isn't too busy, could you call him for me? Acteur de la Noir sent me."

As though on cue, the darkness would pulse and swirl nearby, marking the birth of another corridor. From its swirling black-and-purple mass would emerge a familiar sight to all the heartless, and perhaps even to the well-versed dark knight. The dark one was home.
Stepping onto the beach, Atticus would immediately be greeted by several of his kind, some more concerned than others over the strange way he was cradling one of his arms. Some would nuzzle lightly at the wound, others leaping back in terror that their hero, the great seeker of peace for their kind, was missing a hand! He would wave them away with his good one, before leaning against a rock formation to rest a little. His hat would turn, the wide rim hiding his glowing yellow eyes, toward the other who did not belong.
"A human..." he whispered, his voice strangely more whole in this world than it was beyond the borders of twilight. As he spoke, he would grip his stunted wrist in his palm, focusing darkness to the point where an oozing stump remained. "It is not often we have such visitors in our world, is it, children?" he said softly. Slowly, his hand was beginning to re-form by the darkness. At first it was a skeletal thing, then shadowy muscle sinew would spread over it, followed by vessels, skin, and finally the gloved outer layer which held their symbol on the back. He'd flex his new claws lightly, looking to them with mild interest.
Around him, the heartless would chatter wildly through that dark language of theirs, antennae flailing about. He would look among them, then slowly lift his head to lay eyes on the dark knight once more. "These little ones tell me... you have something for me?"

At the sight of the new form, she stood up straight, and saluted the leader of the Dark Realms. "Hail, Atticus the Fallen, the great Caretaker and Hero to the Heartless kind!" she called out before giving him a light bow. She stepped forward when prompted to do so, and she knelled in respect, showing the others she was there on peaceful terms.
The black knight held out the invitation to him once he was healed up, "Acteur de la Noir has sent me, for you to receive an Invitation for an upcoming event, Ser The Fallen, he, along with the Jidoor Opera House cast, and myself, hope you are able to make it. All instructions, and such, you will find in de La Noir's handwriting there."
She stood up, and looked over to the playing Heartless. Some had made a shadow hat to imitate their Hero, the young-lings playing about a few feet away. One of the babies was playing with her visor, tumbling a little at the heaviness of it, only to get up and try again, now using it as a type of sword in its little hands. Ellin would giggle at this... it was peaceful here.
The knight turned to face Atticus again, and gave him a light bow, " If you would excuse me, I have other invitations to take, Mr. Atticus." she bowed her head a little, "Permission to continue on my Journey?"

Atticus reached out with his new hand and took the letter. Reading it once over. It read as follows:
To the most esteemed Atticus the Fallen
In your journeys through the ether between Worlds, have you ever stopped to take in the sights? To listen to tales about other worlds? If so, then perhaps you’ve heard of the Jidoor Opera House. If not, then let this letter inform you…it is the work of genius, a sanctuary for the performing arts that very few can match. The stories that were told here, the quality with which they were performed…in all the Worlds, scattered across the stars and ether alike, one would be hard-pressed to find similar brilliance anywhere else. To this day, Jidoor’s always been a source of fantastic performances…why, they even have a new play in the works, crafted by the Impresario himself!
But alas, hard times come for all…and tragically, not even a bastion of the arts like the Jidoor Opera House is immune. Though it escaped the rampage of such formidable individuals as Kefka the Dancing Mad, this venerable theater has found itself facing one of the worst vexations that can befall a theater…a lack of actors with talent. Without a proper cast, the Impresario’s vision may never truly see fruition…what can be done?
But lo and behold, a ray of hope exists—in you!
Yes, you—I know very well, of course, that you are the savior of the Heartless, not an actor. But worry not…as fortune would have it, one of the roles in the Impresario’s play fits you perfectly! The skills you possess, the experience gleaned from your study of magic and machinations of darkness, your very nature…it applies, all of it! You need only apply yourself as per your usual to succeed in this role. With your assistance, the Impresario’s play shall be a roaring success…and YOU shall have the satisfaction of having saved the reputation of the great theater in all the known worlds.
“But I’m a busy traveler,” you protest? “There should be a substantial benefit in this for me,” you insist? Fear not, esteemed lord and maestro-…we are more than willing to oblige! After all, the folks at Jidoor know you’re quite busy, what with your own life to lead and all—they'd hardly expect you to take up this role for free. And, by stroke of fate, the Jidoor Opera house has a handsome reward in store for he or she who delivers the best performance! Not something as mundane as Munny, either…no, what we offer you is the chance to see the future. For you see, amidst the many curios and wonders that have visited the Jidoor Opera House, one stands out amongst them all…the Mirror of the Oracle. T’is no fancy title for a gaudy decoration…within this elegant mirror’s polished glass, a genuine spirit resides, ancient and powerful. Among her gifts, the Oracle’s most prominent is to be expected…with her fathomless eyes, she can pierce the veil of time to see what lies ahead—those events which are yet to come.
Surely, this is to your benefit? After all, had you a chance to peer into the Mirror of the Oracle, you could very well determine the outcome of our master plan--what steps the force of Light might take to thwart it, and how their misguided endeavors might be countered.
If you would see your hopes and ambitions realized, then come to the Jidoor Opera House. Take up the role that your experiences have prepared you for. And put on a performance like the Worlds have never seen, as we know you can. Your presence is one we eagerly await, most esteemed champion and savior of the Heartless.
Sincerely,
Your servant, Acteur de la Noir.
The Fallen glanced over to Ellin with a slightly bemused look in his eyes. "That one... has always had a pengant for the dramatique..." he commented, then slipped the note carefully into his coat pocket. His eyes would drift over to the playing youths under the supervision of their parentage. He observed how happy they were... how peaceful and blissfully unaware that evil things were happening beyond the dark waters that made up their lovely home.
With a sigh, he shook his head a bit. "Soon, this will be a permenant peace..." he muttered, then looked to Ellin once more. "You're welcome to stay if you wish..." he said to her, referring to her question about leaving. "I've made this offer before, for you to find a place among us... the children most certainly enjoy your company..." he added, nodding to the little one that was now using the visor as its own. "It makes them so sad... when you go."
He shook his head again, then looked up, though his eyes were closed. "But if you've duties to perform, then perhaps you should get to them. Don't stay away so long next time, Ellin Destroix..." he whispered... ending his conversation.

Ellin smiled a little, seeing one of the children walk to her to return the Visor. She knelled down to be at eye level with the small one, and patted him on the head before taking her visor back, "Heh, thank you. I'll be sure to return wen I can. For you guys. I'll see if I can bring back treats next time, alright?" she gave the child a bright smile, and four of the young-lings there stepped forward and pointed forward, imitating the knight.
The dark armored one grinned, and stood straight, pointing forward, "For Justice, right!" she chuckled a little, waving to the parents and bowing to Atticus once more. A corridor was opening for her, and she looked down at the next note, "Let us see...next stop is... The General?" she blinked, "Oh...hm... the dark corridors should know who it is."

Atticus nodded in return, and watched as the woman took her leave. The children were quite pleased to have had a visit, though many were sad to see her gone so soon. This, however, was short-lived as another corridor was opening further down on the beach, and they all turned to run over to it out of curiosity, some in the hopes that it was Lady Ellin already returned.
Atticus stood up and started walking in that direction... He wasn't quite so sure...
