[glow=black,2,300] Suddenly the dust cloud sprang to life, forming the silhouette of a Shadow (complete with two round holes where its eyes would be), and began screeching in terror as it raised its tiny little arms in an attempt to halt the Nobody's advance.
"Meep! Meep meeeeeeeep!"
Fortunately, rescue was on the way in the form of Arthur standing in the doorway, a look of annoyance gracing his now human features. He tapped the floor twice with his cane, the metallic sound resonating through the room, announcing his presence. The dust Shadow let out a happy squeak before blitzing past the woman, and quickly hid itself behind one of the gentleman's legs.
"Well well," he began, "might I inform you that you have just entered the Mistress' private chambers without my specific permission?"

[glow=Purple,2,300]Malora halted in place almost immediately--was she an android?
She turned to face Tweedbottom when he spoke, and simply tilted her head sideways as he informed her of her current predicament.
She lowered the vacuum and nodded. "It is my duty to keep Naught Castle clean for myself and my queen," said the disheveled Nobody, rightly physically confused.
"Why is there so much dust here?" she pondered monotonously. "So much filth, the queen will never accept this, no, no, no."
She seemed to forget where Tweedbottom was going with his warning, clicked back on the vacuum and set to attacking the carpets once more, ignoring the shade she had first encountered.[/glow]

[glow=black,2,300] Arthur rolled his inhuman eyes at the Nobody's indifference. Creatures with no emotions were, as expected, quite boring to those composed of the stuff. Another meep brought the dust Shadow to his attention. The poor thing only barely saw the chance to let out one last squeak before it was sucked into his boot.
"Enough dilly-dallying."
An inky black tentacle shot forth, emerging from his spine. It wrapped around the Nobody's slender form, trapping her arms to her sides. It squeezed. Lightly enough to not form any severe discomfort, but hard enough to let the creature know he meant business. He then moved her face creepily close to his.
"Well then. Care to explain what the Mistress would not? [/glow]

[glow=Purple,2,300]o starMalora did not physically respond to Arthur's abrupt subdual, but merely sighed.
"Well, if you are intent on keeping me from my cleaning duties," she said blandly, and tilted her head to stare into the creature's "eyes". "Then I guess I have no other choice but to entertain you; I am, after all, Naught Castle's Head Server."[/glow]

[glow=black,2,300] "Entertain? Head server? Pfahaha!"
Despite not often engaging in the affairs of mortals, Arthur couldn't help but be amused by the Nobody's particular choice of words. Knowledge of the rhetorics was a skill one tended to pick up on when immortal, especially those terms spouted by the common rabble.
He returned the stare a dozen fold.
"By all means, entertain me young lass."
Despite this seeming chivalry, he did not relent his hold. [/glow]
