Does the current world of Cosmos you have here take place during the World of Ruin or post Kefka's defeat? I understand Kefka is there but that is easy enough to explain in the worlds of Kingdom Hearts.

Yup, a couple of years after. Kefka was reformed through the darkness, thus his status as a Master of Darkness. Currently it's not in any immediate danger, but all the fun's taking place off-world. For more specific info, ask. We're more than happy to ease you into the storyline, but just so you know we're rushing headlong toward Endgame.

Fair enough. I don't mind how you want to play it. I was more so asking for origin purposes. And a little entertainment is better than none. I stumbled in here, might as well give it a shot.

We'd be very happy to have you, if you decide to jump in. In the meantime, don't be afraid to read up on events. Not to toot our own horn, but it's not a bad read-through, just a smidge complicated if you don't know where to start. Best to pick a character and follow their history as best you can. No problems, we're always happy to have a new player! Looked over your charasheet, and all looks in order. Some tips to help you into the game a little quicker:
Right now, all the good guys are at Sherwood Forest, about to head into Hyperspace for a big space battle. That's your best shot at finding something to do.
The Gummi Garage has been destroyed, but can still be accessed from any world. You might be able to salvage ship parts there, if you intend to get off-world through RP. Ships are safer than Corridors as they don't put a weight on your heart the way the darkness does.
There's a plan in the works to have a character split off and head to Land of Dragons after the space battle. It might take some time, but you'll have stuff to do should you choose this path.
The BAD guys are in The World That Never Was, or in Hyperspace onboard the Harbinger (see Heartless Beastiary for info on the Harbinger). If you wanna butt heads with them, be prepared because they are EXTREMELY difficult to beat one-on-one.
Don't be afraid to jump in! Everyone here is extremely accepting of new members, and you'll get into the flow of things easily.
