the vampire snarled and punched through a nearby wall- "GOD DAMMIT!" -her eyes twitched, she was close to breaking point. but... the bird took her off guard.
It pecked at her hair, she closed her eyes and smiled. "okay Boco..." she stroked the birds head. "... lets do this" Lilith jumped onto centre stage.
"OKAY!, Soldiers! We're getting out of here! I want all of you on the rose now!" the vampire grinned as she tore out of the opera house. "LETS MOVE IT PEOPLE!"

The world was beginning to move rather quickly, and Ellin was already exiting the children through a corridor back to their world. She would hug them each, and promised them that the mages, whom were their temporary chaperons, would come and visit them soon. The dark knight faced the moving fleet, and pouted a little, turning to look to Atticus with a soft frown, "Mr. Atticus-- where did you take Miss Ab--" she would pause, clearing her throat before continuing. She knew he had something to do with it obviously, "--them?"
She would close the corridor after all the children were safely escorted back, just in case the soldiers wanted to get frisky and attack the harmless world. She allowed her cape to flow dramatically with every step, edging closer to the Caretaker in question, "They are not hurt, I hope?-- Their friends-- they are worried for them..." she would pause, hoping to have permission to say the rest... the whole bit about helping.

The dark nightmare of the heartless turned his head slightly as Lilith made her statement and Ellin confronted him. The winner was soon to be announced, and these little distractions were getting in the way. Luckily for him, though... the armed forces were leaving. This had twofold reprecussions for him, not the least of which was that this move of his would have no physical reprecussions.
Looking away from Ellin toward the Impresario, The Fallen spoke in that odd way of his to answer her question. "Away," was the simple answer, which he had to elaborate on to put her mind at ease. "Rest assured they're alive... why kill what can join the family in time? There they will stay until this gentleman..." he nodded to the impresario here, "...announces the winner."

A heavy sigh of relief would escape her the moment she heard that the white mage was safe. She stood straight now, her hands on her hips as she took an epic stance, with a broad smile, "Splendid that they are safe!" she nodded, looking over to Lilith and the exiting soldiers, "Hm! A quest to find them has commenced, Mr. Atticus! I wish to partake in this as well!" she thought out loud, reaching for her visor, only to realize the children had stayed with it.
"Oh -- ah no worries." She would wave a hand casually, " It won't be long-- I'll just go, swoop in to see their whereabouts, and tell her--ahem-- them that all will be fine! Oh! I should see if Lilith wishes to join me-- a creature of the dark and all, yes, Mr. Atticus?? She is sure to assist!" and before the Caretaker could say anything at all on the matter, Ellin jumped off the stage to meet up with Lilith, waving over to her with a pleasant grin...
"OH MISS LILITH~" she would call out, a few rows away. Again, she would be dashing through some of the soldiers, giving them familiar winks here and there. There were so many she recognized, "Fellow dark creature, please wait! I can assist! At least, I am pretty sure I c--.. excuse me Casey-- Miss Lilith waaait~!"

Lilith turned her head to look at the knight yelping out of her, she turned back and stopped just before her. "1. your too loud, 2. come with us if you want, I wont stop you and 3. if you dare to call me a dark creature again you'll wish I would just drink your blood" the vampire turned back around and continued on to the rose, speeding to the bridge.

the super had managed to end up outside, HardeWare never really liked the outside... it was so open, to many possibilities, nevertheless he never let it interfere with the task at hand.
the supe was feeling better, he hadn't fallen over or generally gotten hurt for a while, so he decided to make some final checks on Hercs ship before he made sure it was in working order. he wandered in the general direction of the ship and as he neared it he brought up his hand and the door slid open. "back to the grind..."

Post by The Alexandrian Army on Sept 25, 2010 14:57:53 GMT -5
With the strange uproar, soldiers were preparing themselves for the worst; first mate Ellis was quick to control the masses just as soon as the vampire Lilith ordered for them to make a chaotic break for the hills. It was certainly typical of creatures of the dark, their blood born from the land of discord and darkness.
"Aye," ordered Ellis, who was seemingly close to Ria, Maria, Linda, Daphne and her two assistants. "Everyone, you heard Miss Lilith; we're out of here." She drew her sword and aimed it up and over to the stage where Atticus the Fallen stood. "And as for you, rest assured that the Alexandrian Army will soon have your head--all of your heads--mounted on the tallest masts provided aboard the Red Rose in time to come! Now, Alexandrians! March!"
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Daphne, amidst the assembling masses of Alexandria, beelined through them all until she bumped the stage, glaring daggers at he who would dare even look similar to Sai.
"You! You've made them go away--you took Sai from this place! You tell me where you've taken him or else I'll--"
She was pulled away rather quickly, as both Kefka, MeadowSong and the Impresario had closed in to listen; the other soldiers thought that they might attack, hence the sudden yank away from the stage. Daphne then did something very uncharacteristic of herself...she cursed The Fallen with all the stoic rhetoric in her vocabulary, until she disappeared beyond the large guilded doors leading to this room.

Nivea's eyes widened slightly at Daphne's actions. 'Attra! They'll take our bait away!' The weaker one held her hands tightly together hoping to understand why this happened right when she could have nabbed the target. She stood up, wanting to run and yell over the commotion.
"Let me take care of this. You can count on me." Attra's voice let confidence fill Nivea, transforming into the form that gave her some strength. Around Attra two big body creatures and a few basic creatures formed, heading straight towards the group holding Daphne back from Atticus.

Nexus stood with Ria and the rest of the Alexandrian army, preparing to join in as the army headed back out of the main doors. Nexus's attention was caught by the soldier yelling obscenities in the direction of the stage, while being pulled out of the room. Nexus was about to let out a bit of a laugh, when he noticed that the small group suddenly had a couple of figures in pursuit. Nexus looked to Ria "I'll follow in a bit" he said
Nexus broke away from the group he was in and stepped into the main aisle, after the screaming soldier passed, if those in pursuit wanted to get to her they would have to go through him. Instantly he tensed, and his eyes acquired it's vertical slits again, as he turned to face the creatures advancing on him. He saw, with the help of his eyes, that these creatures had a dark color surrounding them, he smiled a bit, and thought to himself "What better to handle the dark?" he reached his hand up and took hold of the hilt of his sword. When he pulled it from it's sheath he spoke" LIGHT bless my blade, so that it may pierce the night"
Nexus held his blade so that it was at his side, pointed at the ground. The blade itself had taken on the element of light, and in so it shined with a light that illuminated his surroundings. He stood watching as some of the soldiers stop and wondered if they should stand too, but nexus just nudged them on their way. He stood there staring at the creatures , waiting for their action.

"Hmrm...rude." the knight would sigh at Lilith's dashing through toward the bridge unnecessarily, thinking out loud, "Certainly you cannot be a creature of Night because you can walk in broad daylight... and you cannot be a creature of Light because you rely on blood... I rely on my own blood for my attacks and I am one of Darkness... why are you different?"
It wasn't long until Ellin used corridor to get to the bridge faster than Lilith-- she would look out into the horizon before looking to the vampiress, after she joined, "Going on the Red Rose will take forever!" she sighed, resting her hands on her hips, "I can always go ahead and get there first with corridor, you know, make sure they are okay."
The dark knight gave the woman a small smile, " I can track them... can't you do the same with darkness?" she pondered, looking to her curiously, " ... if you insist going on the Red Rose..." she shrugged, "... I'll just get there first, and send you a message via the darkness as to their location and we can all rendezvous there-- how does that sound, Miss Vampire?"

the vampire cringed as the corridor appeared in front of her, its eyes glazed over looking at nowhere in particular, its face was emotionless and its posture was odd. the vampire grabbed the knights neck in a split second it would throw the knight across the room into the far wall.
it would walk over to the knight and grin, its fangs began to show... but it stopped itself, it... she blinked, realising what she had just done she took the opportunity. "you have no idea what I am, leave, now." her voice was cold and blunt.
Lilith turned around only to glare over her shoulder and add "...you don't belong here."

When Daphne made her threats, Atticus would barely even look at her. One eye would grow circular, as though he were raising an eyebrow at her obscene nature. He looked up to see that other soldiers were closing in to pull her away.
"It would seem, my dear... That you will do nothing..." he muttered, watching as they dragged her off. Lo and behold, a further drama was playing out. Attra was closing in, using heartless to try and nab Daphne, and a hero stepped forward to defend.
Now... there were two ways of handling this. One was to enter the fray and end the man... or...
Atticus turned to the impresario, grabbing him roughly about the throat and pulling him close so that those daemonic yellow eyes woudl pierce deeply into the frightful hues of the opera maniac. "I suggest, my friend... that you declare the winner immediately. Otherwise, your theater will suffer a great amount of damage, and we wouldn't want that, hm? Make your call, before this place becomes a warzone..."

"Wh--!!" Suddenly for some reason or another, she had grown airborne and she struck the opposite wall. At first, being that she didn't expect it, and her armor broke her fall, she was merely stunned for a brief second, before she looked up to the woman- in shock.
She would stand a little, and hold at the arm which took most of the blow before glaring at her, "How dare you! I was merely offering my services! I wanted to help!" she growled, pointing a finger at Lilith, "Fine! If you do not wish Miss Abigail's safety post haste, I shall go on my own!"
Ellin stood there a moment, her eyes closed-- she was angry, and the black knight in her wanted to tear the vampire into pieces. She needed to calm, and a few seconds later, she was. She didn't even notice her little mishap, on how she wanted everyone safe, not just the white mage. She breathed softly, hurt at the whole "you do not belong here" bit-- of course she belonged...right?"
"You are not important to me..." spoke the dark knight quietly, her mind relaxing to the point of hearing the whispers in the darkness. " ... what you say means nothing to me... I'm going to find them on my own." the voices where becoming louder, and with them a trace-- a signature, if you will, of the recent corridors used. All she needed was to feel that--...light!
"Miss Abigail..." Ellin whispered softly, a soft smile-- her eyes still closed. She was seeing a bright trail of light through one of the corridors, and if she followed it, it would lead them to the others. She knew their location.
"Found them..." She opened her eyes, and looked over to Ellis who was possibly manning the help while this drama started, "Miss Ellis, please believe me when I say that I know where they are...." she nodded a bit, walking over to the woman, "I will go in advance, since I can travel through corridors, but I cannot bring them with me since it will do them harm if I do... They are at the Pride Lands..."
Ellin glared over at Lilith, the woman set as threat, but not as enemy. She didn't wish for enemies, until she had no choice... but this woman was just stubborn headed and annoying to be thought of as an enemy. She had given her an invitation, and the vampire carelessly threw it away... her loss.
The knight walked over to an empty section of the room, and began to en wrap herself with a misty darkness, "For Justice!" she called out, and a moment later, the dark knight was gone.

During the performance, Hercules had come up with a stunning plan for how to rescue Meg now that he had her captors so close at hand. After Hades had somehow managed to slink off, Hercules approached Hardeware and asked him to create some kind of communications device for him and Gabranth. Lucky for him, the super was able to do so in record time, and gave back a small device which could be worn comfortably in the ear without getting in the way.
So, Hercules sent Gabranth off with the ship while he himself stayed behind. He was crouched down now, hiding behind the curtain and watching with baited interest the crazy, winged clown. He needed to wait for this wacko to try using a corridor... then he'd make his move. In the meantime, it couldn't hurt to try out the gizmo Hardeware had made.
Tapping the small device, Hercules whispered, "Gabranth, you there? I've got my eyes on the clown. Are you airborne yet?"

When hoisted up by The Fallen, the Impresario was less concerned about his safety than he was the wrinkle-less outfit he wore. If this Heartless kept up the clenched grip, both his neck and his ruffles would be in a bunch.
"Ack...very well," he said, pushing away from Atticus the moment he was released. "Now, the unanimous vote for this night's performance' best actor...Atticus The Fallen!" He turned back to the Heartless, giving him a cynical eyebrow raise.
"Really? Hm...well, very well. The matter is settled!" he called, bowing low.
